The OELC is unique, as its only client is the Ohio Environmental Council and its thousands of group and individual members. This structure allows us to provide a top-notch combination of legal, policy, and legislative advocacy on Ohio’s most important environmental concerns.
On its own and in collaboration with national and regional organizations, the OELC has won some of the most significant legal cases in Ohio. Our current cases are paving the way for a cleaner, greener, and more just Ohio.
